Content Creator

Decisive is the AI-native workspace for lean teams — chat, tasks, docs, decisions, voice and a coding agent that ships real pull requests, in one surface where humans and AI work as one team. The way we build is the story: a tiny team shipping fast with AI as a real teammate. We need someone to capture that and make it impossible to look away — video, writing, and social that show the product doing the talking.

What you’ll do

  • Own our content across formats — short-form video, product demos, launch films, threads and posts — with a consistent voice.
  • Turn real product moments into content: show the AI teammate, the coding agent and live huddles actually working, not slideware.
  • Run build-in-the-open across YouTube, X, LinkedIn and the blog — make shipping something people follow.
  • Own the content calendar end to end, from idea to publish to what the numbers say worked.
  • Use AI tools across the whole pipeline — scripting, editing, repurposing — to ship more, faster, without losing taste.
  • Partner with the founders on narrative and launches, and set the bar for what we put out.

What we’re looking for

  • You’ve built an audience or a body of content — a channel, a newsletter, a feed — that people actually come back to.
  • You’re strong across at least two of: video, writing, design — and dangerous with the rest.
  • You have taste and a point of view, and you can make a technical product feel obvious and exciting.
  • You already create with AI tools and have opinions about where this is going.
  • You move fast, publish in the open, and measure what lands.

Bonus points

  • You’ve made content for a developer or productivity product and earned a technical audience’s trust.
  • You can edit your own video and ship a polished cut without a full production team.
  • You’ve grown a channel from zero and know what the first thousand true fans take.
